Ingredients
- 1 Onion, diced
- 1 Carrot, diced
- 2 Celery,diced
- 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
- 2 tins Whole Peeled Tomatoes Small handful of Basil
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp Chilli, optional
- 1/2 Avocado
Method
- Sweat the garlic, carrot, celery and onion until translucent.
- Add tomatoes, chilli and salt.
- Gently simmer for 20 minutes.
- Add Basil and blend and top with avocado.
