  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 1 Carrot, diced
  • 2 Celery,diced
  • 1 tsp Himalayan Salt
  • 2 tins Whole Peeled Tomatoes Small handful of Basil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp Chilli, optional
  • 1/2 Avocado


  1. Sweat the garlic, carrot, celery and onion until translucent.
  2. Add tomatoes, chilli and salt.
  3. Gently simmer for 20 minutes.
  4. Add Basil and blend and top with avocado.
