Living Lean Tabouli is great as a side dish or salad for lunch. Feel free to add some tuna if you are doing the Living Lean Lifestyle phase of the Living Lean Alkalising Program.
Ingredients
- ½ cup Quinoa, cooked
- 2 cups Parsley, chopped
- 2 large Tomatoes, diced
- 1 Red Onion, diced
- 1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
- 1 Lemon juice
- 1 tbs Sesame Seeds
- 1 tbs Mint, chopped
- 1 tbs Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine and mix well all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
