Living Lean Tabouli is great as a side dish or salad for lunch. Feel free to add some tuna if you are doing the Living Lean Lifestyle phase of the Living Lean Alkalising Program.
Ingredients
½ cup Quinoa, cooked
2 cups Parsley, chopped
2 large Tomatoes, diced
1 Red Onion, diced
1 Cucumber, peeled and diced
1 Lemon juice
1 tbs Sesame Seeds
1 tbs Mint, chopped
1 tbs Olive Oil
Instructions
Combine and mix well all the ingredients in a bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour
